Vireo Systems Policies
Vireo Systems (Vireo) is committed to shipping our customers’ orders within 24-48 hours after your credit card has been processed. Often your order will ship same day if it is received prior to 2 p.m. Central time, Monday-Friday. A tracking number is typically sent to you if a correct email address has been entered. Most orders arrive 1 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping location. At this time, we do not currently offer express overnight shipment.
Please note: Vireo ships within the continental United States and internationally. Orders placed Friday after 2 p.m. Central Time and on weekends are typically shipped on the next business day (pending federal holidays).
The Vireo return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website vireosystems.com. Vireo wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any product purchased from Vireo, we are happy to refund your money, offer an exchange or provide a store credit. To process a return, please contact the Vireo Customer Service Team through our website vireosystems.com/contact or call 855-442-6466. Please specify if you are requesting a refund, an exchange or a store credit. A member of the Vireo Customer Service Team will respond within 24-48 hours. Please note the Vireo Customer Service hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time, Monday-Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on a federal holiday will be addressed the following business day.
A request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Vireo will accept back unopened product within 45 days of purchase for store credit to be used towards a future purchase. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are sorry but Vireo is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
Vireo offers a money back guarantee within 30 days for purchases made through our website. Purchases made from an authorized third-party retailer or website other than www.vireosystems.com will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you purchased product from a Vireo authorized retailer and you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact the Vireo Customer Service Team for support. Proof of purchase must be provided upon contact so our team can provide the best possible assistance. Please note, Vireo will not credit or refund purchases made through unauthorized third-party retailers or websites. Customers should use caution when buying product through these sources and should inquire about their return policy before purchasing product from them. International Ordering and Return Policy
For international ordering, you may purchase directly through our website vireosystems.com or through one of our authorized international distributors or retailers. Please contact Vireo through our website vireosystems.com/contact or call 855-442-6466 for a list of international distributors and retailers.
Returns for any Vireo products that are not procured from the Vireo website must be returned directly to the retailer or website where the product was originally purchased. We are unable to refund or replace orders that were not placed directly through the Vireo website. To process a return, contact the Vireo ™ Customer Service Team through our website vireosystems.com/contact. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, Vireo will provide a shipping label through email. Please allow up to three weeks for Vireo to process international returns and refunds. International product returns may take slightly longer than normal. We are sorry but Vireo is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
