While they’re snacking away and enjoying your party, you can have a clean conscious knowing that you still threw an amazing Super Bowl party and didn’t overdue your cheat meal!
How is this even possible? Here we go! Normal recipes for buffalo chicken dip call for things like cream cheese, shredded cheeses, ranch dressing, etc. which allows this dish to quickly start adding up in calories – so we substitute some and totally eliminate others without sacrificing flavor.
What You’ll Need
Crockpot (completely worth the investment, or find one at a second-hand store)
Frank’s Red Hot sauce
Litehouse Bacon Avocado Ranch dressing
Flavor God Ranch seasoning
Boneless skinless chicken breasts (3lbs)
4 oz per serving

1: Place your chicken breasts in a crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours.
2: Shred the chicken and drain most of the excess juice
3: Place shredded chicken back into crockpot and add 2 cups Franks Hot Sauce, 1 cup of the bacon avocado dressing, and the ranch seasoning to taste.
4: Mix until all chicken is evenly coated.
