Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Bites

These didn’t last long in the household once made, and have been requested numerous times over to be made again. These keto friendly fat bites will make for an easy way to curb that spicy and savory craving in just one bite!

What You’ll Need

8 oz package cream cheese *room temp
1/2 cup unsalted butter *room temp
8 slices of bacon (cooked)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 jalapeno pepper
mixing bowl
hand mixer
knife
Parchment paper

Directions

1: Half, deseed, and finely chop the 4 jalapeno peppers.
2: In a mixing bowl – mix together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
3: Add the cheddar cheese, and jalapenos to cream cheese and butter, mix until well combined.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
4: Divide mixture into 12 bites. Roll these bites into balls and set aside.
5: Chop/crumble all 8 pieces of bacon and spread along a parchment lined paper.
6: Take each fat bite and roll it in the bacon.
